Wallingford Rentals is a single room, work-force housing business that is located directly outside of Gate 1 of the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard.

Rooms are fully furnished with new smart TV's,microwave oven, mini-fridge, dressers and brand new memory foam mattresses. Utilities such as Free Wi-Fi and onsite laundry are also provided. Wallingford Rentals is in walking distance to all amenities in the area and is situated above Rudder's Public House.

Rooms begin at a starting price of $225 per week, however, upon request for renting a room, the cost may vary. When a room becomes available the process of interviewing for a potential tenant begins.
